My fatigue is very strong now, I can hardly do anything. I get tired easily even just putting my clothe on, my chest hurt very much and I'm tired of being tired..

I don't know what to do, do you guys have any experience on this?

When did you last train chest? Is it fatigue or soreness?

Generally, I have trouble going up the stairs of my house for the first few days after training legs. And you can forget changing the radio station after a shoulders workout.

It's not weight-lifting, I know it has to do with stress and pressure.. I haven't lifted for quite a while.

What do you think this thread is about? FATIGUE.

I know what's the difference between soreness and fatigue.

Could be a whole range of reasons. Only you know the answer, if you self-analyse.

Could include things like:

- lack of sleep
- too much sleep
- changes in diet
- caffiene withdrawal
- if you do not work out in a while and you used to be a regular, then it could be that you miss the "high" you get post-workout
- depression, caused by stress...naturally makes people FEEL more fatigued.

Could be any, or none of the above in your case.

It could be a number of reasons, look back to what has changed in the past few months and what you are doing different. When did you start noticing things changing?

To take a wild stab at it, assuming you have no health problems, then if you are complaining about putting clothes on, you might be just plain bored or depressed.

I mean, if a person is truly interested in doing something, you may feel tired but you dont really feel fatigued until the end of the day when its time to sleep.

Maybe you just need to take a vacation or make a break in your routine and do something fun.

I think I found the cure to my ignorance, it was lack of sleep and heavy stress from life.

Thanks.
If you have anymore to say about your experience or what so ever, please post.

What do you mean caffeine withdrawal?
You mean it's good to drink coke?

Not quite. Some people I know take a lot of caffiene, (in the form of coffee, cola (diet ;)) ECA stacks, etc. In a sense, they find that when they do not take as much, they become fatigued more easily, because they were reliant on the caffiene.

That was one possibility. Glad to hear that you have diagnosed yourself.
