Months ago I went to this pharmacy and I thought the cashier gave me less change, I was missing the equivalent of five dollars. I asked the cashier something about it and the cashier looked at me confused and said everything was ok.

I was in a hurry and five dollars is nothing so I left and forgot about it. I returned days ago and the cashier recognized me instantly and gave me the five dollars. It was all an honest mistake and the cashier had figured it out that by the shift´s end when there was 5 extra bugs; the cashier had stored the money away, waiting for months to give it back to me.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It would probably be my Military Service in a nutshell. Sure I met a bunch of @ssholes but there everywhere, but I met plenty of great people who saved my behind a few times from a few close calls and took me into their homes during holidays or events where I'm away from my family etc. Good stuff.
