"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

The idea of getting wrapped up with another cluster b scares the hell out of me. Not sure she is, but treading lightly.

Owe you guys down under some vegemite...

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Considering this is the same girl from your "Sexual History" thread, my advice would be to eject. This is kind of a similar situation to the advice I'd give to guys pining over an ex that they "want to get back" - It is always time and effort better spent developing new plates from a fresh perspective than trying to repair a failed LTR. This also holds true for trying to figure out the head games of some woman you're presently involved with. It's never worth the effort, and more often than not you're worse off having "fixed" it to accommodate her at the end of it all.

You're the PRIZE. She enters and participates in YOUR world, not the other way around. All this one has done since you began these threads is make every attempt, both covert and overt, to bring you into her frame and make herself the PRIZE. Tell her to go pound salt, and spin more plates.

Rollo,
Wouldn't a girl have to first understand that having the orbiters ARE a risk in losing the alpha guy?
Yeah, I think the problem is the feminist culture these days have indoctrinated a lot of women into believing that it is perfectly normal and acceptable to have male friends, and that any "boyfriend" who objects to this is jealous, insecure, and controlling.

A lot of girls think it's their right to have these orbiters, and that there is nothing wrong with it. They probably think it even makes them more desireable to other males (a kind of social proof) - that it shows she is well adjusted socially. In fact, they would probably think they were backward if they DIDN'T have the male friends.

Well, if there was any doubt before, we now know what these guys' intentions are. And yet she still chooses to spend time with them. I think there are getting to be too many red flags with this woman.
