I heard eating both at the same time (cold soda with hot chinese soup for example) are bad for you, how?!

everything in life is bad for you and dangerous for you. Driving is dangerous, using the microwave is dangerous, breathing is bad for you cause the air isn't clean.

The point it, don't worry about piddly nonsense stuff like that. FOOD IS FOOD, AND IF YOUR LIFTING, THERE IS ONLY ONE THING YOU NEED TO DO.

Don't do it!!!! As a matter of fact, I just had some ice cream
and took a sip of my hot coffee ... oh no, I can feel it coming on now .... arghhhhhhh .... gooodd -- byeeeeee cruel world!!!
