"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

There is an expression Never Complain, Never Explain.

This is essential to remember because our tendency is to analyze our women's behavior, and this inevitably leads to our discussing our observations with her. We know from Art of Seduction that complaining is the most anti-seductive behavior possible. It achieves the exact opposite of what we want, forming resentment and rarely causing them to change for the better.

In my current relationship there have been some bumps in the road. Looking back, it is interesting how I handled those situations. It was simply to give less. The two pitfalls came around her birthday in late October and Christmas. I chose to simply blow her off on those days as a secret form of punishment. We never discussed why I did it. In the end, I think the fact I avoided her on those days made her desire me more, which was the actual result we want. Only by increasing interest level can we hope that her attitude toward us will improve.

So this Valentine's Day, if your woman hasn't done things right, you might consider going MIA for a few days and calling it even. Compare this to taking her out and complaining that she was with another man this month/season/year. The former will make her ultimately desire you more, and the latter will make her ultimately desire you less. Remember though, you can never tell them why you did it unless they directly ask.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

So true.

I find that caring for how she behaves, complaining about that, getting angry, speaking about all that bull**** makes my experience worse.

What I do is -- **** whoever is near me, be calm at all times, and enjoy myself.
