Doing something wrong during meetup/date?

It seems to be that i'm doing something wrong whenever I get a girl out. I've done a good job establishing some sort of rapport to get them to agree to come out with me and they do seem slightly interested to do so.
Problem is that most of the times after we meet and we go home, their interest levels go down and they don't seem as interested as before the outing. Is it where i'm taking them? Maybe the convo? they usually seem like they're having a good time on the dates and laughing an having good conversation but after its like they don't wanna see me again

I've had one girl blatantly say she doesn't wanna see me again and not to ask her why the next morning, even when she said she had a good night the night before.. Could it be the vibe I give off? my looks? Maybe I had bad breath and didn't know?

Any advice?

Yeah I know they aren't, but I want to know what made their interest level drop during the date..and sure what exactly do you want to know?
