"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yeah, I regret how the conversation went. Well, nothing I can do now. Will learn and move on.
You should have just been open and honest with your intentions from the start. As soon as she asked you what you wanted. The conversation could have gone in a completely different direction.

Ask yourself if you are really interested in getting back with her.

If you are then you have to be the one who initiates getting back together with her, by clearly communicating what you want. Once you have done that, then you can say there is nothing I can do now.

You have to go back and eat a lot of humble pie at this stage if you want to rekindle your relationship with her.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Agreed. That was bad texting, and girls are intuitive. If you were going to break NC, at the very least just ask "what's up?" or "how are you doing?". No need for this "I saw someone who looks like you" crap. She saw right through it.

what I got from that is that she either has a bad sense of humor, was already in a bad mood, or just doesn't like you very much.

she seems to despise you, I'd move on if I were you.

I think your text game is fine though, a sample size of one isn't quite good enough to criticize it.

though, telling her you have a gf was dumb if you want her back... or in general unless you're trying to rub salt in the wound.

She ain't interested. Stop backtracking. You can do better. Don't you think your princess is in another castle? Move on.

Case closed. Exit the courtroom.

Thanks. That's what I thought. Already deleted her number.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
