"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Turns out that of the guys I know that get lots of chicks, they are often very VERY opinionated. Meaning, you hit the right topic (whether it be politics, religion, or any other topic which generally has different views), they will have a strong view and will defend it to the death loudly and won't stop until everyone else around them agrees that they're right.

Does this help you be a DJ? Is this just some mark of a DJ (someone who believes that they're right no matter what?) and it just manifests during certain topics?

Just wondering. I can't phrase the question very well, but I hope you understand what I'm saying. Just a correlation that I find to be true from various people I know.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

That's likely indicative of the kind of person all of these guys are. If they're opinionated, they are able to make up their minds and take action.

It's important to have opinions, to know what you like and dislike. What you approve of and disapprove of. As far as things like politics and global warming and stuff like that, definetely have a strong opinion, but don't talk about them too much because they are bummer conversational pieces. Doesn't typically set a good mood.
For any conservative out there, there is a good book about how to talk about these things called How To Talk To a Liberal. It was just recently on the new york times best seller list. Pick it up at Sam's Club.
One more thing, make sure that you're not being righteously indignant. If you know you're wrong, for God's sake, don't argue your point. Even if you know you're right, arguing is still probably a bad idea.

That's not being opinionated. That's the sign of someone weak in stature because they can not sustain their own opinions on their own so they have to force it upon others.

They lack communication skills so instead of being able to explain their beliefs, they just say the exact same thing, just much louder. They don't respect other's right to have different viewpoints so they defend (impose) their views to the death.

They have no tact, no charisma, no personality and no friends so they attempt to gain respect through fear. No, that's not being opinionated, it's being tyrannical.
