Took a quick look at it, looks a little dubious, that extra long web page, that just draws people in, it's usually how scams on the internet are done.

He does make good points, but if you're looking for a program that actually has trust, check out the Vault stickied in this forum, or stronglifts or Rippetoe's.

Friend of mine got it. Looked through after you bought it, it looks pretty solid. I'm just doubting the workout end. Idk

ermmmm, it's just an ordinary workout routine, what're you skeptical about? Don't buy it for god's sake, it's a regular workout...just follow a basic routine from here and eat a lot of food...
