I was reading this, and it got me interested:

It should be noted that the "rape" was statutory in nature, not forcible, and at worst the nebulous form of "date rape". The sentencing guidelines for the statutory rape should have given the perp 6 months of prison and 10 years of probation, but the judge suspended the prison part.

I have to wonder if the judge came to his decision by seeing a painfully lonely man (one look at his picture shows he's "incel wizard" tier) who is a completely hopeless cause in dating adult women, and thus felt that his actions were influenced by his sad situation. Of course, to get through probation, the convict must not screw up at all, since any screw up (anything warranting an arrest) would put him in the slammer.

I wasn't referring to the woman giving it up for pity's sake, although that's an interesting aspect. I was referring to society at large. If incels are pitied, the laws against sexual business will be relaxed, which will help lower the market price of poontang.

Hard to answer the question, but it wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility. Also in cases where there is a jury and of there's some young men in the jury who haven't got laid in years and maybe they'd have some sympathy! Who knows

The judge came to this decision because the defendant was white. In some rare occasions, some Whites get a free pass in the criminal injustice system because the judge is also the same race and tend to empathize with them.
