bull****. women want bigger guys
the bigger the better.

I dont know anyone who has not benefited from being muscular.

it is not just about the women, its your overall quality of life that improves with lifting weights.

quit finding excuses for being physically weak.

as i went from 130lbs to 145lbs at 5'9, still not big, but at least my boxer briefs dont hang on me anymore and sit tight like they should be. i started getting more looks\smiles from randon girls.

my confidence went up.

i am still in a bulking phase of course, my goal...155lbs by June 1st.
