Went out with this amazing girl for the first time who is perfect for me. Beautiful, fun, head on straight, same religious beliefs, etc...I've been on some dates recently where I didn't give sh*t about the girl cuz she wasn't quality from the get go. But this girl wow blew me away. Now, my game was tight. I had her laughing most of the night, and I used kino (touch on arm, small of back, shoulder) sparingly while allowing her to open up. She told me some of her most embarrassing moments, secrets. I established myself as a great guy and unique individual who won't take sh*t. Had no opportunity to kiss due to the situation at the end of the night, but that isn't a big deal and I don't want to go into it.

Everything went great from start to finish. I don't feel afc, and I know I want this girl. The thing that bothers me is that I received no reciprocation on the kino (tho she never recoiled from any of my touching) and the convo only got slightly flirty at best. No real sexual progress. Is this a warning sign, or am I just being an idiot and overreacting to something that really doesn't matter? I really can't tell if I'm going down a friendzone path or not. It's the first date so I didn't push it and stayed cool, but second date I definitely need to make a move at the end.

Note: I'm really not pushing for instant sex here. I want an LTR with this girl seeing how she fits my long term plans very well. I'm focused on being a great guy, not a jack*ss. Plus after screening this girl, she seems like the type who will hold out a little while, which I actually prefer and respect much more than some dumb slut. So all in all, advice pertaining to an LTR would be preferred.

Hold your horses. Don't over think anything just yet. Yeah, her being cold is not the greatest sign. Give it another 2 dates and try to get a rise out of her, some sort of spark. If not, cut your losses. Keep it simple and don't pick a wedding cake just yet.

Girl isn't cold, that's for sure. She initiated contact texting me for some silly favor I may do if I feel like it. I don't really care if I do it or not. I mean, she definitely likes me as a person, and I've made it clear that I don't tolerate stupid sh*t + I'm pretty f*cking rich for 22, and above average looking. Every text she writes is very long with those silly smileys (I hate texting so I respond rarely and in a short fashion) and she absolutely loved my company. She probably just isn't real touchy feely, I mean I met the girl at church for Christ's sake!

Damn you're right, I'm completely overthinking this, she probably likes me. Luckily, I'm winning right now (I think)

It seems you're getting along great. That's awesome, you get along great with your friends too? Right?

Switch it up a little bit. Lean back in your chair. Let her know she's there to try and impress you. If everything's all honky dory, you're getting along great....switch into alpha mod. Next time she tells you something say: "oh, yeah" then take your hand, put her hair behind her ear, and as you're holding the side of her face....comment on her earrings, or her face, or her neck, or hair, or whatever. Then slightly turn her face towards you.....look into her eyes....

you know the rest.

Turn it up a notch. You take the lead. These girls are waiting on you. If you've built up to it, which you have and timing is right....make the move.

She's a church girl bro. I know many chicks take it lightly but she maybe serious. If she's the latter you might as well forget about sex unless you plan on putting a certain shiny object on her finger.

A problem has come up here. The last four weekends she has been out of town the first two (legit excuses) and now I have been on vacation the last two. I asked her to hang out that 2nd weekend and she sounded excited, but had to tell me she was out of town. I told her I would be out of town the next two weeks and she said we should do something soon afterwards. That was a week and a half ago and no contact since then. I'm not much of a texting guy and don't go out of my way just to talk to a girl without asking her out. I am now towards the end of my vacation and am unsure where to go with this when I return.

Clearly, we are both very busy people, we both work as professionals and we are unavailable during the week. I won't schedule a meetup during the work week, so it makes sense why we haven't seen each other. There are just no opportunities. Now, I am going to see her every week once the school year begins due to us volunteering in the same group, so I know I will see her again without a doubt. Should I contact her after my vacation and try to set something up, or wait for her to contact me or until I see her again while volunteering? I feel that I should just wait it out since I'll eventually see her regularly, but what are your thoughts? Playing it cool seems like the best option to me, though I'm a little anxious atm.

Some girls naturally give very little away, so even with very few signs of interest she can still be really into you. If shes initating things etc, you are still in with a shout, just make sure that you lead because with these girls they initally give very little away until later on in the relationship.

When you get back, text her, I know you dont like it but its the most efficient way of seeing how interested she still in. From the sounds of it she will probably meet up with you. You can play it cool and some other guy gets in there or you can just contact her and she might actually appreciate the lack of games and that you are just being genuine. Dont wait, create. Good luck.

Well ok I f*cked up and I have no idea where. Vacations and work kept us apart for nearly a month and I asked her out for the second time and she then twisted my idea and asked me to hang out with her and her friend instead, no counteroffer to just be with me. I said no thank you and she never replied...

I seriously don't have a clue where I messed this up. This girl said enthusiastically that I was amazing a month ago and now doesn't want to see me. wtf girl! The only thing I can think of is the fact that she knows my sisters, who I mistakenly mentioned to that I went out with this girl. With that damn facebook site there may have been communication I don't know about, and my sisters know of course that I used to be a huge b*tch. What pisses me off the most is that I actually liked this one a lot, and I haven't felt like that about any girl I've met for 3 f*cking years. I had always crashed and burned before with girls I liked for obvious afc reasons, but this time I was just living my life, doing what I had to do, playing the game very well. I just don't know where I f*cked up this time. I'm 22, and I have a great career, am getting my master's, am handsome with a nice body, and I drive a nice car, have decent enough social skills. What more does this b*tch want? I've improved myself so much other than obtaining millions. I've worked so hard to be the best I can be, but this one area of my life still sucks.

Whatever, sorry about the rant, I'm getting caught up in the heat of the moment and I shouldn't let one girl's rejection affect me, I don't understand this girl's standards apparently. I get the feeling that most people my age don't have to deal with a huge lack of time to find a good woman. My parents are in a wonderful relationship and so are my three younger siblings, but I just can't seem to attract the women i want myself. The women I want being the woman who I can see rearing my kids and submitting to me in a feminist way. Guess I'll go back to hanging out with the stupid slores my friends hang out with as that's my only option for now.

And in the meantime I will continue to be flirty and friendly towards this girl, but I'm done asking her out, who knows she may change her mind...but I won't count on it. Any advice on where I went wrong would be very helpful, as I'm so confused...

One of the first things I learned when I started trying to get women was you: "Must. Maintain. Momentum."
Too often I'd rest on my laurels and take too long to reconnect with a girl who'd shown interest and she would move on. Whether it was a few hours at a club or a few weeks after a good date.
I think you're just a victim of timing. You raised her interest to a high level and then you were gone.
I don't know what your job or life is like but if I met a girl who ticked as many boxes as yours did, I would've tried harder to meet up sooner. Strike while the iron is hot!
A month between dates is too long and so much can happen in that time.
In this case, her feelings waned as too much time passed.
In saying that, a woman who is passionately and physically interested in you won't let such relatively minor things as this change how she feels about you.

Another thing is don't take it personally! Sometimes women have all sorts of crap going on in their lives that they just lose the plot. Men immediately think it's something to do with them when really, she might've snapped the heel off her blahniks.
Just be the cool, funny, flirty guy when you see her and if you get another shot, try to keep momentum going. Good luck.

Thanks GP, good words. I never have realized the importance of momentum. We were genuinely busy throughout the month and I thought nothing of the time lapse. I did really like her and I should have been more aggressive. Oh well, I've calmed down now and I'll learn from this experience for the next time.
