Do celebrities really get this much action?

I was reading about the exploits of Tom Cruise during the filming of his breakout movie "Risky Business", and I wonder if these guys REALLY get this sort of assembly line action.

I can only imagine the quantity & quality of female attention an A-list celebrity in the US gets.

It definitely open the door for you (like money)

When you the "leader" of a group (social,work,school,etc) notice how much more female attention you get compared to the other members.
