Ok I created my own workout after the MIGHTY Diesel.
Beginners you can steal it, experts please make suggestions.

Mondays [back]:

Squats: warmup. [8x 50%, 4 x 75%, 1 x 90%]





Any comments are greatly appreciated!!!
