After searching google for "make decal inkjet", I found thousands of sites which sell the stuff to do this.

Actually I just did it because well first, almost every aftermarket piece on the car is Stillen, and well I needed to break up the monotony of an all-white car. I think I accomplished it without going rice. In fact, a lot of people I know think that it is a special edition Eclipse.
