"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello everyone,

My first post here. I am 29 and recently became single. I have been reading a lot on the forums and I feel that I should have read up before getting into this relationship.

So, I started dating a 29 year old divorced girl. Comes from a very conservative family, religious and seemed like a very good girl. As usual, things started very well even though as soon as I met her, I had to move to a new city to start my new job. The LDR didn't help as this girl was very insecure and needed validation all the time that I wasn't going to leave her. Because of her age, she was a little desperate to get married but I wanted to take things slow.

A while later I found out from her that her dad abused her physically (not in a sexual manner) and she would not forgive her dad for it. I tried to make her let go of it but it didn't work. Anyway, the relationship grew stale and she cheated on me which I found out two months after we broke up and that too from the guy who she cheated on with (seeing another guy behind my back). He had no idea we were still going out at that time. But he still gave her a second chance. I guess I dodged the bullet.

Anyway, I learnt my lesson and hope to learn more things here. I am sure everyone would have had similar experiences as well. Are all these girls messed up in the head?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I would prefer daddy issues over a LDR any day. At least the issues can be exploited, as those girls are typically slvtty. The LDR has no redeeming qualities at all. It's pointless suffering and a big waste of time.

DAMAGED GOODS, DAMAGED GOODS, DAMAGED GOODS!!!

Yes, divorced women who were abused are ALWAYS messed up in the head. Unless they have gone through lots of intentional, focused counseling and forgave their abusers...but that is rare.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Doesn't mean a damn thing these days. The same priest who is listening to your sins is bending his married secretary over her desk. For some people, religion is a nicely decorated mask to hide behind some pretty morally reprehensible behavior.

You dodged a bullet. She probably cheated on her husband as well.

Wow, thanks for all the replies. And to think I was actually planning of settling down with this woman! The more I think about this, the bigger the mess it seems. Her friends are the almost the same, same age bracket, single, going out clubbing almost every weekend, hooking up with guys... I fell for this one as she refused to kiss me the first night and she was a lot reserved compared to her friends. Oh well, better it happened now before my foolishness would have made me tie the knot.

Well, she's someone else's problem now.

Come to think of it, yes that is probably the reason as getting a divorce is a huge embarrassment for both families (Asia).
