"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I had a "thing" going on with a chick who was/is my ex's friend. Nothing dramatical happened just cuddled and made out with her. I told about this thing to my good friend and he slipped it out in our social circle. The story went on in our social circle and finally got to my ex.

When my ex confronted her so called "friend" (the chick who I made out with) about this incident she denied almost everything and tried to put all the blame on me (for example claiming that I initatied the conversations through facebook and via text but in reality she was the one.)

She failed miserably because I had all the evidence on my phone and on my facebook account. I told my ex the truth and she wasn't too happy. I have gone No Contact on her for the last four weeks. I realised in this time that she is a total AW and she cannot be trusted. I am not going to lie I want snap her mentally a bit and would like to put her down from her high horse so to speak. She must still think she's got my wrapped around her little finger. I removed her number from my phone and from my facebook friends. Did I do the right thing? What do you guys think?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

If you feel good about it and would not have it otherwise, then you did the right thing.

Typical female behavior......they are never "at fault" for sexual advances.

To be honest I cant even tell who you went NC on.......is both your ex and her friend in your social circle? If so......time to find a new social circle my friend.

My ex is still in the same social circle but the other chick (ex's friend) is not anymore. I went NC on the ex's friend , not my ex.

Father Joseph, Be careful who you share your words with or not at all, Your good friend is not a good friend after all.Repeating what you said like a parrot to your circle of friends. It's not pleasant when people talk behind your back. What good are they for friends when no one stood up for you.

A liar is similar to a cheater. She's probably made in china because she is fake.

You did the right thing and cut ties with this girl. It's like hitting your head with a stone if you don't.

and find a friend who is not a backstabber. A trust once broken, is never meant to be repaired.

1. Evidence is a logical construct and therefore should never be used against a woman. Anything you say will be used against you. The same does not apply for anything a woman says.

2. If it feels right then you did the right thing.

Thanks for the input guys. For now on I shall be more careful with who I trust. I am almost 100% sure that the chick (the ex's friend we shall call her Amber) will reach out to me soon. Amber is just that type of girl. I will keep you guys updated.
