"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

According to the sales pitches I've heard, Creatine EE is absorbed much faster and more efficiently, eliminating the bloating that usually comes with creatine MH. The main advantage would be that with Creatine EE, there is no longer a need for the loading phase as the Creatine is directly absorbed and not "wasted", like the Monohydrate version that is less able to travel between cell membranes.

I've googled it and looked in every sports science database to see if any studies regarding Creatine EE have been conducted, or if anyone has complained of side effects. So far, the only negative thing I've found is a 1955 study of More et. al. that tends to show that Creatine EE actually has a shorter half-life in the body than Creatine MH because it is less stable in the presence of acids. On the upside, a few threads were created a few years ago in several bodybuilding-related forums that seem to mostly contradict the study and suggest that Creatine EE is more efficient.

As I said, that was a few years ago. I'm sure that more people have tried this out since.

Have you ever tried Creatine Ethyl Ester? What were the effects? If you also tried Creatine Monohydrate, how did it compare?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I like CEE better. Don't get the bloat/stomach problems that come with mono, also don't have to keep spiking your blood sugar with the fast carbs you have to take mono with.

Hey man take this with a grain of salt, but from what I've heard, Ethyl Ester is superior. Everyone in my muay thai class who weight trains uses EE, not MH.

All I heard was to just cycle it. Theres another creatine thread where one of the posters mentioned how to take creatine, its here:

I wouldn't worry about chemical half lifes lol.
