During sex I am not fully erect all of the time. I am always hard enough to perform but it falters and goes slightly limp now and then. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid but even though I have a healthy libido and can maintain a sufficient erection I can never stay "rock" hard for long.

Is this natural?

Part of the problem is low sensitivity in my penis and having sex doesnt offer a lot of physical stimulation. But I wonder if the low sensitivity is because I'm not rock hard.

Another thing I want to ask is has anyone here ever used a c*ck ring and what are your experiences?

Has anyone noticed improvements from kegels? What kind of improvements and how long did it take to notice effects?
