"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Ok, guys- everythingthing boils down to confidence.
If any of you read my 1st confidence thread (http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=58654), then you know what i'm talking about.

It takes confidence to do everything in life. Without confidence, everyone would be lost. It's like taking away computers from the world. If we took away all the computers, the world would "collapse." We need computers to function- therefore we need confidence to function.

This does not apply just to girls, but to life in general. With confidence, we can go up to our boss, our teacher, or even our parents, and not be afraid. Sure you may be afraid the 1st few times, but after awhile you gain more and more confidence, and it becomes easier, it becomes natural.

Confidence is just a mind issue. There is something inside our head that tells us "you cant do it, run away." If we conquer this, we have confidence. You need to know what your head is saying, and then work to defeat it. The more times you defeat it, then easier it becomes. You have to set a goal though.
If getting a # is hard for you, make that your goal. Slowly build your confidence up, until you are ready to go for that #. If you get shot down, dont let it get you down- keep trying.

Start small, and gradually work up the ladder of confidence. Confidence is the beginning, the middle and the end. Think of it as a loop- loops never end right?
Well, first you have to have the confidence to go do it! Then when you succeed, you become happy. When you are happy, your confidence level rises. Thus confidence is beginning, middle, and end.

It may be hard to get confidence, maybe because you are shy, you've been shot down too many times, or w/e. Along w/ confidence though, comes perseverance. You have to push yourself, and not stop.

When you persevere, through your problem, you gain confidence. With that confidence, you have the ability to take on new challenges. That itself is a success, so you are now successful. With success comes happiness, and again, confidence.

Now, go out there- defeat your inner demons, and you will have confidence! I have faith, just persevere, and you will be fine. Good Luck!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
