“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ok I had class today (I go to college) and for the most part I choked socially. Heres the deal, last year I totally was a mute. Today in my chem and bio class, the classes were mostly composed of people that I had in classes last year. So when they were entering the classes they were all greeting eachother and ****, and sitting next to eachother. This **** totally made me self conscious because I never talked to any of the people. What didn't help was that those memories of last year (where I sat in the corner of the class rooms mutely watching everyone talk with everyone else) started entering my mind. and the people that I might have exchanged a few words with last year (ex. hey, hi, whats up, etc.) kind of distanced themselves from me, and when we talked they didn't have much to say (even though I was trying to get a convo starting). I dont know maybe when they saw me they had the memory of that mute guy sitting in the back corner of their class rooms.

Overall, that 15 minutes before class started was pure ****ing self conscious hell for me. I wanted to like latch on to anyone I could because I totally felt left out with everyone sitting next to eachother blabbing about whatever. Yea its a horrible feeling, and I never want to ****ing feel that way again. So yea, I need to figure out some ways to conquering this problem. I know I'm up ****s creek, but are there Any solutions?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

The more self conscious you are, the worse you become. you're only feeding your fears.

who gives a **** if you never spoke to them last semester. you can always strike up a conversation with anyone, anytime, anywhere. Just say hi and introduce yourself.

I was exactly in you situation and that's because my head was up my azz. I thought I didn't need anyone's help because I was pretty self-sufficient. In the last two years of college i made more acquaitances than I ever had in my life. One day sit to one group of people. Relate to their conversation, ask them about homework or lectures. Next day sit with other group and do the same. As simple as that!! Same thing with the lunch hall. Spend one day here, one day there with different groups. Works like a charm. I wish meeting people in real life was as simple as college.

Just remember bro, who you were doesn't have to be who you were. Be social and if anyone mentions how you weren't before all you have to say is "yeah, I used to be really shy." Enough said.

I think this is great advice and I try to do this myself but how do you circumnavigate people comign to expect you'll sit by them with out offending them?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

no matter how bad you think you have it, there'll always be someone worse off than you.
One of my friend's friends has been like this since junior high up till now and he's never changed, or you could say he's gotten worse. His self-consciousness is a self-defeating prophecy, due to this he lacks confidence and is an uber nice guy, afraid to offend anyone the slightest way.

Like a lot of you i used to be the same, from the beginning of h.s. to the beginning of college, it was my peak. Then my 2nd year i broke out of my shell and stopped caring what others thought. Change wont happen overnight, but it will come slowly. In the end it depends if you want to accept change and personal growth. Only by interacting with new people daily will you outgrow those old habits.
