Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

The skinless boneless chicken breast I’m buying only has 23g of protein per 4oz.

After some looking online I’m seeing 7 or 8g per ounce. Am I buying ****ty chicken breast here or something? I’m purchasing Meijers store brand (for you Midwest people) to be specific. I looked at the Tyson chicken product and it had pretty much the same nutrition content as the Meijers brand.

Anybody have suggestions of a brand with higher protein per ounce, or a certain market to go to? Living in apartment I can’t raise my own of chickens, or I might with the way chickens for slaughtering are treated in the US.

I think the difference is the additives.

"some cheaper brands are "pumped" - treated with a protein solution that also contains salt and sometimes sugar"

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1365029/Chicken-meals-are-25pc-water.html

"more than a quarter of chicken sold by restaurants and takeaways is not chicken. In the worst case, a 100 gram portion of chicken breast was sold as 182 grams. The rest was water, protein derived from skin, bone or connective tissue, and chemicals..."

"Manufacturers have also been criticised for adding hydrolysed chicken protein, which is extracted from parts of the bird not used for food, such as skin, bone, and feathers. "

Ya, the quality of chicken these days are crap. How we get big pieces of chicken breast with no bones in them? There making the chickens so big they can’t walk more then 3 or 4 steps.

Where is everybody buying quality chicken and meats? Whole Foods?

I know kroger's is having a sale right now on amish skinless/boneless chicken...@ 1.99 a lb. You can't beat that!!! Yet you're just over thinking **** **** it if it's decently priced don't worry about it.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Proteins are the building blocks that grow and repair your body. Proteins are needed not only for muscle but also for hair, skin and internal organs. Protein is the key for the muscle mass.
