You don't necessarily have to change every excersize that you do, just change the routine up a little bit and throw in a few new ones. Use an ez curl bar instead of a straight bar.... things like that.

Chest: Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Cable Crossovers, etc.
Triceps: Weighted Dips, Pressdowns, Skullcrushers
Biceps: Bar Curls, Concentration CUrls, Preachers
Shoulders: Arnold Press, Shrugs, Barbell Rows, etc.

I hope you get the idea.

You should always use the bench as the anchor to your chest routine. Try doing Incline Dumbell Presses. I've personally never done them but i can see how they would work to your benefit. \\

Follow DIESEL'S guide to excersizes. 10-12 sets for your big body parts (Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders) and 6-9 for your smaller ones.

The website you are thinking of is www.exrx.net
