“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

one fact about carbs is that GI is important as to whether the carb should be eaten-sugars should be avoided except in pwo situations. higher gi carbs should be kept to minimum.
they do say that mixing in fat in a meal will reduce the meal's GI (compared to if you jsut at the carb by itself). supposedly, this should mean that eating fats with carbs will reduce its absorption quickness, which is optimal for most of us lifters/athletes.
however, we do have this theory that mixing carbs into a protein/fat meal is not good news: it gets you fat.
these two ideas seem to conflict. what's the deal here?

Too much fat and carbs in the same meal and your body uses one for fuel and stores the other as body fat. It doesn't need two energy sources.

And what about fruits? I don't think they should be restricted to pwo...

there is no conflict here. sugar produces an insulin spike, the higher the GI, the bigger the spike. an insulin spike immediately PWO is considered desirable b/c it is believe that muscles emptied of glycogen will selectively uptake most of the sugar you ingest PWO. anything that slows that down, goes the theory, slows down recovery. and you're really not talking about very many calories, all things considered.

compare this to an insulin spike any other time. unless you carefully control the amount of calories to fit your body's needs at that moment, any insulin spike is going to encourage excess calories to go straight to adipose (body fat).

anyone who is at all carb sensitive should avoid this. anyone trying to get a sixpack should avoid this. everyone else (very few people on this board) can relax about mixing carbs & fat the rest of the time.

It's ALL about total calories.......calories IN vs. calories OUT. It's really that simple! Maintain a daily caloric deficit- and the fat slowly(and SAFELY) comes off...
