"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Well, I was sick at the beginning of last school year, had some problems with my stomach and stuff, and now…It came back. I was being sick and i've missed a week of school, two weeks ago. So people started asking me on AIM what the hell did I have, what was happening, etc. ( I have Crohn disease, something that comes around the age of 15 to a lot of teens, and I was one of those unlucky kids) The problem is I don't know how to answer them without scaring them, I dont know, I'm just very insecure when ppl start asking me question about my health, I just panic and say 'nah im good' and change the subject as soon as possible.
Now im tired of always bull****ting and stuff, I mean, it’s not like it was contagious or anything…
Anyway, I’m in the need of some tips on how to react when it will happen again and how to deal with their questions and everything else with my friends and >>>>girls<<<<

For example, one of her says : Ohhhh, I’ve been missing you so much Dave ahhh :(
Can I know what a DJ would answer to that? Because I know that’s a great opportunity to say something ****y but I can’t find one :(

PS: This is OFF-topic but…When I hang with a chick, I keep making jokes and stuff, so after a couple of minutes they always end up saying: “Ohh you are so funny Dave”.
And I answer: “Ohh thank you” with their girly voice tone.
Any other thing I could say???????

Thanks for reading this, and any tips would be much appreciated!!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I wanna know what it is. Hmm, but you shouldn't cover it up, you should just go with it. Act like it's no big deal, or whatever.

If you act like it's a big deal, people will think it's a big deal. If you keep being preoccupied with your disease, you will only bring more of that onto yourself. Accept it as part of your life and turn it into something good. By demonizing any sort of disadvantage (height, race, looks, diseases, handicaps, etc.) you are psychologically surrendering yourself to your flaws.

Personally, I have hellish allergies, but when people ask, I stay upbeat and humorous about it. Hell, I just finished cleaning out an eye infection. When people ask me what's going on, I just told them: "Yea, I lost function to this side of my face." Then we just crack jokes from there. When they start to become concerned, joke around, have fun. Don't allow something physical to affect your mental state.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
