Can i do cardio after weight training?

or is better to do it before as a warmup. and how much cardio is good to burn some fat? 20 to 30 minutes or more?

another question i have is how good is creatine in a definition / weight loss traning routine (3 sets with 12 reps each ) or should i use glutamine instead?

always do cardio after weightlifting. i like low intensity stuff (but not jogging) once in a while.

or you can pick an off day and do some high intensity stuff like sprinting or a complex or something.

creatine will not help much in the 12 rep range as much as it does for reps below 6.

i was never a big believer in glutamine, maybe someone else can give feedback.

I do 100 reps total of some DB or BB complexes after heavy weight training.

I don't bother with low-medium intensity cardio. I get enough of that in my other activities outside of the gym.
