Can fkbook, smartphones make it impossible to forget someone?

A few years ago, if you had someone you loved distant from you it would be a matter of time till you completely forget her. Now with smartphones, several social networks, and most importantly facebook, can make your love an obsession that won´t disappear, specially if you do online stalking everyday.

Worse,in your first page of facebook, you have the people you visit the most, as an incentive to visit them even more...

So the question remains, should you delete Her? If you don´t and you lack self discipline, you can become almost a psycho, but if you do it seems you got butthurted which women love.

What do you think about this?

Working in the I.T. field, people are surprised when I tell them I don't do FB or Twitter or chat or any of that sheet...I carry a phone that is just a phone: no android or iThis or iThat....wanna talk to me? Call me and tell me where to meet: I'll come by. Otherwise...not interested in any one-dimensional, cold, impersonal text type banter or communications. Most people agree with me, as they are staring down at their phones, texting away....lol...like slaves.
