"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Breaking up with your BPD girlfriend simulator

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

That's now how most BPD women would react to a break up.

I've been with a BPD woman, had a relationship with her for 2 years. She was paranoid as f*ck and was constantly scared that I'd cheat on her. I never cheated on her, in fact I was the most loyal beta dog back then you can think of. But lo ad behold, she did cheat on me. The moment I found out, I ditched her ass. She then begged me to give her a 2nd chance. I was stupid enough to consider it, but just considering wasn't enough for her, I needed to commit right away, but that didn't happen, so she flipped a b*tch at me, started screaming, yelling, trying to get under my skin, tear me apart emotionally by telling me details about her affairs, stuff I didn't want to hear at all. I told her to get the f*ck out of my house, but she wouldn't. Instead she started throwing with my stuff, after which I had to use force to get her out of my house.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to say, that before all that happened, she actually tried to blame me for her cheating. Can you f*cking believe that? What a c*nt.
