“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Alright - I decided to make a change about my appearance. Mainly building muscle. I'm a 32 year pip squeak. :D

I'm 5'8" 173 pounds. I would like to put on about twenty pounds, the healthy way. I've decided to do the deadlift/bench/squat routine. I know you will advise to eat alot and make sure it's protein. I fvcken hate mcdonalds!

Is this way of gaining weight considered bulking? I really took to Warbosses posts (now he's not here) about not to consider cutting or bulking, just focus around the big three.

Once I get going I will start a journal.

P.S. What would you consider a reasonable time frame to accomplish this?

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

Yeah, the machine I bought doesn't have a dip bar. This sucks. Any other work out that will accomodate?

My set consists of bench with the leg thingy, 300 pound olympic weight set, lat tower, squat rack and I'm sure some other things that I have no idea about.

You can do dips if youve got two benches a few feet from each other.

You put feet on one and hands on other and dip your ass until it touches ground and push back up and repeat.

Do you know what I mean?

I gotcha... I don't have two benches but have four chairs and one bench. Understood.

Yes, the diet is stressed. Yes protein is key. No, it's not as key as you think. In almost every fitness thread that I've replied to, I've mentioned Advanced Sports Nutrition. So much in fact, I think they should pay me for being a form of advertising. Anyways, check out the book read it.

Good luck and respect to you for deciding to make a change! Just keep at it, turn it into a lifestyle and you will see results!

I don't think it would be a bad idea for you to throw yourself into a bulking regieme and go all out on making gains. Diesel's guide worked exceptionally well for me. I never kept track of my weight, but speaking roughly, I went from thin to athletic within about 2-3 months and by 5 months I was huge.

Unlike a lot of guys here, I focused purely on gains, not strength, so I rarely worked with anything above a 120lb barbell and 60lbs dumbells. I also worked out from home most days.
