“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is my dental health....my teeth are literally decaying left and right. Have had to have several pulled toward the back, which just sucks.

Few things are more intimidating than the sound of that drill and getting a tooth pulled. The people in the old days begore miden dentistry must have really suffered when their teeth went bad.

I'm guessing it's the combo of all the sugar I put in my coffee throughout the day and the binge drinking in the weekends.

Tried oil pulling even, an alternative dental health plan. Not too much luck.

Oil Pulling would take months and year and if you keep drinking it would be ineffective don't you think? When you take a health approach you got to be damn near all in. You can't oil pull then have coffee everyday, or go out and drink.

Eat more grass fed butter, heard brushing your teeth with organic coconut oil is good to, almonds ETC research and give it time...

Don't think I could live without my daily coffee. One thing I'm extremely addicted to.

Other poster...I'm in my lower 30s.

Some people just have teeth that decay easily. I have a stomach chronic issue that is known for affecting the teeth. A few years ago I dropped many thousands of dollars on some new choppers (not dentures) and it was worth it. I took impeccable care of my teeth in early adulthood and still they would go bad one after another.

Sounds like a few nightmares I've had. It's enough to scare me into advanced tooth care.

Going to try and stop drinking and putting so much sugar in my coffee.... That appears to be the biggest culprit, especially the drinking based on what I've read.

Genetics has a say in this as well. I drink a quart+ of coffee a day, snack on mints and other sweets. I just went to the dentist for the first time in 20 years back in January. Yep, I had some plaque that needed removed, but other than that, my teeth are almost perfect, not one cavity. (Damn, I sound like a toothpaste ad here.) Also, some medications can affect your teeth as well.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I love coffee too and see it as a pleasure.

However, I don't drink more than two cups per day and I've practically quit putting sugar into
it. The first time you taste it without sugar..........not so good. But then if you're buying and drinking
really decent coffee, you'll find that you can really appreciate the taste of the coffee. Now if I have decent
coffee, I'd feel as if I'm ruining it by putting sugar into it....
