Currently dealing with a website I paid $27 to send me hand sanitizer a month ago. They still haven't shipped it when their listing said it would ship within a week. They said they would ship it on the 14th when I contacted them requesting a refund. I have continually requested a refund and they keep giving me the run around. Basically requested their company info. They wouldn't give it to me. I said I had a hacker friend who would get me their info. I was mad. Never said he would hack them though fortunately. Just implying he was smart and could get website information through legal means. Don't want to make any direct threats. Found their info on the Better Business Bureau website anyway.
Today they say in an email they take my threat to hack them with intent to sue seriously and their legal team will take any necessary means. Lol, y'all frauds. Good luck with that. Never threatened to hack anything. Lol
Important lessons here
1. These are scammers. They are trying to stall so it will be harder for me to recover my money.
2. I need to be careful what I say.
3. They are trying to use scare tactics. I won't back down though.
4. Filed complaints to appropriate agencies.
Also, I saw they are hosted by shopify. I filed a complaint to shopify explaining the whole situation.
