So I just read this thing about a guy hollering at several thousand women over a several year period and that grew his confidence .

Imho the best way to improve your confidence with women is to have a dead steady reliable source of dependable pvssy . It removes neediness and outcome dependence .women percieve a sexual man to be more attractive, and to be in his sexual frame he will triggers others desire without even trying.

Have steady reliable pvssy . Even if it's a notch or two below the attractiveness you prefer .
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
