Zinc is zinc. It is a metal found on the periodic table. If anyone tells you "natural" zinc is better than "man-made" zinc, they've been victomized by marketing.

Just be careful about consuming too much zinc, or it will interfer with iron and copper absorbsion. I don't recommend zinc suppliments if you're already getting 100% from a multivitamin.
