"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Great video explaining about people who will gas your head up and then proceed to tear you down. (if you aren't grounded and or need someone to feed your own low self esteem "ego".)

Same thing I do. You recognize red flags popping up and a toxic person you simply have the confidence in yourself you just get up and leave silently forever. No "working things out". No giving them another chance. No wasting your time trying to "out game" them. No being a b1tch because being with anyone is better than being alone.

Listen, learn, and internalize or remain stuck in bitter victim mode for life at your OWN choosing.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

It's more than just listening but remembering and internalizing the guys advice.

There should be no reason a man cannot use true honest self reflection rather than ignore their own issues and pin the blame on toxic people if they themselves choose to play along and be willing bitter victims in the end.

A man won't care to impress his family just to have someone if the person they are with is toxic and starts showing red flags. Nor to impress their friends. Nor as some "security blanket" to feel "loved and complete" as its just a weak band aid for them instead of just leaving a toxic person and working on their own ignored issues and when truly resolved finding the right person for them. Fvck the "game" bvllsht. A chick will only allow herself to be "gamed" if she likes your looks and other things about you you aren't aware of. If we have to "game" anyone you're wasting your time on a possible toxic person instead of resolving our own issues.

Some will get it. Others are comfy ignoring their own issues and projecting blame on others when they could fix themselves and never bother with those who show themselves to be toxic or show red flags while truly succeding in life with someone for them or not.

Very true. Signing up and volunteering to be abused over and over is no ones fault but your own.

After listening to most of those videos I started to wonder if majority of betas are simply products of a narcissistic abused household and alphas grew up in a healthy environment. Why betas allow women to walk over them since they learned this growing up where alphas simply walk away.

Good listen. does anyone else find it funny that toxic people all have the same 'games' they play? not one differs

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
