Men perform better in bed when put under the spotlight, study finds

a new study suggests that bright light may help men with flagging sex drives to shine in bed.
To test the theory a team of Italian researchers from the University of Siena recruited 38 men diagnosed with low libidos and treated half of them with daily doses of bright light.
So longer exposure to light increases testosterone...

At the end of the trial tests showed that their testosterone levels had risen significantly. They also reported higher levels of self-rated sexual satisfaction.

It's true. Sun light raise vitamin D and somehow it affects testosterone. You will also have a better "mood" when you are receiving adequate and regular sunlight exposure.
Combine sunlight with physical exertion outdoors like swimming, hiking, running, sports--and you got an one kick, two punch hit to anxiety/depression. Also, helps that those activities help with endurance in the bedroom.
