“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey Guys howre things?
Back after a bit of hiatus. Cut to the chase right?

In about 2 weeks ,im returning playing competitive gaelic football again after 1.5 years. For those of you who dont know , i suffered from torn cartilage in my right knee in august 2001 and also a ligament tear in the same knee, after landing awkardly. I received arthroscopy last august 2002 and have remained dormant since then. I did the usual strenghtening prescribed by the doctor. I havent trained full time since august 2001. Im currently 175 lbs 19 years of age 6 ft, 6 months post artroscopy and unfit. Can someone help me get back to shape or have any experience of coming back after an knee injury.Getting back to training some guys have been training during the winter, and i dont think i will be able to keep up to their pace for a good while, and not get injured again.

Ive gone to the gym a few times, did some sets of squats, leg extensions, leg press. Im not looking to bulk up in a big sense, just getting fit again aaahhh im waffling.get back to my football physique. Im concious about my knee though.i wear a knee brace on it. Any advice would be much appreciated. I hread that Glucosomine sulphate and chondrotin supplements are good to rebuild damaged cartilage?

Here's a thread I wrote a few weeks back, I'm too lazy to rewrite it:
http://www.sosuave.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20361

As far as getting back into shape, I've had a little trouble in the strength area. My right(uninjured) leg is still about 1.5 inches bigger around than my left one, it's hard to get my muscles a workout without having knee pain.

If you have any other questions for me I'll try to answer them.
