I have the same issue at the moment. My mates are also telling me to do it, but it can get very political very quickly, especially if you have other chicks round.

My thought is take them out and get them drunk by way of a 'thank you' ( ) the night before you move out. Problem solved.

^ fvck ya, i agree. Not sure why so many guys on here are so quick to say no dont fvck your land lady or married chicks....probably just jealous of your options. If you want it, take it. Do you want to be alpha or beta?

if you are smart about things then there shouldnt be a problem. you have to be upfront with her in the beginning. Ask her what she wants, fun or an LTR? If she says LTR then ya dont do it unless you want issues later on.
