"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

During life, it is easy to forget what we need to do.
There will be difficult moments, so-called "moments of change", that can shift our focus from our internal to external focus.
It could be a loss of a relative, partner, job, or an illness, bankrupt, or just a moment of depression and loss of goals.
In such cases, it can feel like a total defeat for those of us who lead, as well as for those who lack the tools to refocus their vision.
Infact the biggest tool a man could have is the "tools and skills that you can use to recreate your life from scratch if something goes wrong."
It's like playing a game for a long time, then deleting your saves, and starting over, already knowing how to face the challenges.

If I needed to remind myself of my priorities during times when I am losing focus, I would write:

The center must be me: The man.
The man who has a center. The man who leads.
Having friends, acquaintances, or social circles allows me to enjoy lighthearted interactions and lead them in a relaxed manner. If they want to.
However, regarding all personal matters:
If I have a life, I must lead it.
If I have a career, I must lead it.
If I have a partner, it is important to listen to her, indulge her, and be intimate, but ultimately, I must lead her.
If I have a family, I must guide them and educate my children.
I visualize my life as a pyramid where I should occupy the highest position, not to elevate myself or boost my ego but because those below me expect to be led. They want direction from me so they can feel the rules and respect them. Only then will I earn true respect from the people in my life by setting boundaries and establishing rules. Rules are not dictated by contracts but by the small things, by the daily directives I give in response to their requests. Each day presents an opportunity to set rules through little actions. As a man, it is my responsibility to learn and refine the most effective and memorable ways to do this. It is essential to provide guidance and establish boundaries gracefully, not through arrogance, raised voices, violence, or intimidation, but as a Mature Man would do it.
You're the KING so lead your allies.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

When I was at the center of my life, whether as the go-to person in a social circle, the head of a project, or even as the beach tennis team leader, I noticed how differently people treated me. They showed interest in me and new acquaintances appeared, particularly women. Although I didn’t actively seek their attention at that moment, I could easily connect with them on an intimate level, creating a state of flow. However, the challenge arose when I became too focused on these people; this exemplifies the classic case of "oneitis." While it's enjoyable to share strong emotions with someone temporarily, like during moments of intimacy or friendship, we must remember to return our focus back to our own lives. Yes "own". Because even if you make a family, you still the one who need to take the lead. We may find ourselves becoming distant and cold again towards someone we had just been warm and engaging with; this can feel strange. Yet we have created unforgettable moments for them. Now we must return to leading our own lives; it is our duty to refocus on our path and occasionally "abandon" those around us for a moment.

I struggled to read it, but you're the man. You have to act like it.

If you don't, you're both fvcked.

Meaning, you have to take charge, even if you don't want to.

I read a post where a man treated a woman just like his dog, and she didn't notice a difference.

You're money, bro. Just pretend like ot
