Get to the point in life where nothing else matters except Self love. At this level everything else either seem insignificent, or the things you once took for granted take center stage. After friends, money, success, women, and life fail you love for self will not.

That's a very obvious solution to the issue of self hatred but it's a good thing you posted it because people with low self esteem have to be reminded about the necessity of establishing the habit of focusing on their own importance if they wish to one day eliminate the dependance they have on others for happyness.
