"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yea basically I live on a small uni campus and I think part of my problem is that if I fail or make a stupid approach I'm afraid of the gossip. I see alot of the same people everyday especially past a certain time. Is this rational thinking and how do I get over it?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

What kind of "stupid approach"? Do you plan to fling poo at her or something?

The only kind of "stupid approach" is an awkward one. In which case you need to work on your basic social skills. But I find it hard to believe that you're that inept in that department.

So stop being scared of the ladies, stop taking yourself so seriously, and go out and get you some.

Hell, I've got scrawny gay-looking friends who just sit in class and pull ass. Even when I was a chump in college, I'd at least have one or two opportunities a year get THROWN at me without even trying.

And yeah, your'e in the wrong forum.
