I've always sweated a lot and it is really annoying. I am Irish and I think this happens to a lot of Irish, but for me it's even worse. It's weird, too, because I have an extremely fast metabolism and very low body fat. I also work out frequently. Is there anything I can do to sweat less?

I feel you man. I'm a thin-build dude who works out all the time, and I get Butt Niño whenever it is warm, or I go up the stairs. All I can say is dress like it's 20 degrees warmer than it really is. never wear a coat, shower often.

WRONG, you should be aiming to drink about a gallon a day, maybe more.

Wear cotton clothes, they help your skin breathe.
