“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I hit on it a couple of times, but i swim about 5-6 days a week. If not at home, at a hotel that has a swimming pool. It's become a passionate habit of mine. love to swim.

My GF jogs about 3 miles a day and for the hell of it this morning when I got done swimming I went out jogging with her.

I was tired.. but not beat. And she said "have you ever thought of doing a triathlon"

the more I thought about it.. the more intreging of an idea it became. I'm in GREAT shape now.. I can swim about 2 miles witout stopping and if I really wanted to probably 3. But I have never pushed myself to do more than that. no reason to.

But that is a FAR cry from doing a Triatlon. And swiming and jogging is 2 events.. the Tri is ovbiously 3. and although I can ride a bike, It's not my cup of tea.

but the idea of intence training is interesting to me.

1. How in the hell do I get in that type of shape?

2. what effect will it have on my body? Right now I'm pretty cut up even with the exercise, I don't mind loosing a little muscle, but I don't want to be an Ethopean marathon runner.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I used to train this way.
I always incorporated weight training so I always stayed pretty big (above 210-215 lbs).

Start with swim-runs. Swim and then go run.
When it's no thing to do 1000 meters and 3 miles (at atleast a 7 min pace) then start run-swim-runs. 3 miles, 1000 meters, 3 miles.

There is your base. Now you need invest some time (which is why I don't train this way anymore.) I used to spend 3-5 hours a day.

My basic routine was as follows:

3 mile run in the morning (for work) M-F

8 mile run after work with my goggles and clothes/towel in a bag on my back.

The run ends at the pool where I'd immediatley shower and jump in (no rest.)
Then I'd swim 3-5k but atleast 3k and crawl stroke the whole way. also work on bilateral breathing.

Then I'd run to the gym (less than a mile, not really important) and hit the bike for 10-20 miles. I kind of feel like this is one you can take or leave. You should be in good enough shape to ride unlimited distance. But if you do it use high resistance and pedal HARD.

Then I'd hit the weights. I'd aim for a complete workout in 30 minutes. I'd superset everything and do a set of abs between every superset.

After that I'd hit the rowing machine and row untill In was done.

This was pretty much M-F with alterations to fit my time and needs of my body (rest).

On Saturday I'd do a 5-8k swim.
On Sunday I'd do an easy 20-25 miles (at a slower 8-9 minute pace)
