I met this girl in our club last month. I got her number and we used to talk regularly. The thing is every time I asked her something like if we're goin out... I asked her where she wants to go.. she will always say "its up to you.." and I kind of get confused if she say that everytime...

Your suposed to be a man. Take charge..... If she want's to do something special she will let you know. You have to make the plans, unless she suggests something else (in that case compomise)
