Wanted to know how I go about getting certified and how much can I expect to make

Don't waste your time. "Certified" hypnotherapists are a dime a dozen. You can get "certified" online for only $475:

(Friend of mine got that and emailed me, all excited. Didn't have the heart burst his bubble)
Being a certified hypnotherapist won't get you squat. You'll still need to do some MAJOR hustling and get your own customers. No way you can get "certified" and expect to "get" a minimum salary.
In order to make money, you need to hustle your arse off to get clients, which is PURE sales. Unless you can do PURE sales, nobody's going to come visit you.
Even then it will take YEARS to build up a solid clientele. The Market is BLOATED with "certified" anything (hypnotist, life coach, real estate agent, massage therapist, stock broker, etc) because everybody thinks they can get "certified" and start making easy cash.
Even DENTISTS don't make squat unless they hustle their arse off to get customers.
You'd be much better off getting a sales job.
