I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Last year I sprained my ankle hella bad and then it healed up and I never had any probs with it till now it keeps poping and feeling stiff when i'm just walking around. DO you guys have any ankle exersizes that work cause i've done the doctor ones and ones off the net and they hardly help.

once you sprain it, then it is very sensitive to happen again!, i play football (or as your lot call it 'soccer') :-( loads and i fell badly on my ankle after jumping for the ball, ever since i just need to fall slightly on it and i need a few weeks off, it kills i know but to be honest, i think no matter how much physiotherapy etc. you get on it, it doesn't do much good
