I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Animal Pak is a quality multi-vitamin. It's meant for those who weight train or workout at least 2 - 3 times a week. If you don't do that, it's just a waste. It's expensive also. If you can afford it, then go for it. I prefer Controlled Lab's Orange Triad. It has all the essentials @ high dosages and it also has digestive enzymes and joint support.

Yeah that's good. I see beverly international's "super pak" (i think that's what it is) recommended over that by some popular big-time trainers.

I only take Now ADAM at the moment. It has a lot of the same stuff, in different quanities, a few things those don't, and it's cheaper. I'd need convincing to change over for what would amount to about double the price and i wouldn't do it for a while since i have about 4 bottles of it left and one lasts 2 months.

In the end i don't know if it matters THAT much as long as you take something that derives vitamins and minerals from GOOD sources. ie. not Centrum

Thanks for the response guys. I may try it out, it is expensive though. I guess I didn't realize that there was a lot of different types of 'quality' multivitamins.

My learning continues..

BTW, don't hate me too much for this, but my current multivitamin is..
