Am I the only one who thinks this wasn't sexual assault?

I'm sure you guys heard of the story going on with Uber. They hired Eric Holder to investigate.

Is it just me or is this not sexual assault? He just wanted to get laid. All she had to do was tell him she wasn't interested. He didn't actually physically do anything to her, he just asked if she would have sex because his wife seemed to have put him into an open relationship and he wanted to get back at her by having sex with others. I don't think they understand that the dude was probably under some stress. Obviously it's inappropriate to ask for sex from a coworker but it's hardly sexual assault, and I can see why he might do it considering the position his wife put him in.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
