"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

First time poster here, need some help, heh. I head an awesome date yesterday, and it ended with me dropping her off back home. I sense its the beginning of something beautiful and I dont wanna scrw anything up. My question is this: whats the best thing to do the day following a good date? should i call her today? push on the offensive so to speak? or is that a bad idea and i should just take it naturally (ie, not call her the day right after)?

btw i did tell her we would hang out together again and she seemed quite happy. Thanks in advance

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Don't push on the offensive.

Pace yourself. I would wait a couple of days before talking to her again. If you see her five times in one week, she will be sick of you pretty quickly. Try to keep phone conversations to a minimum, and when you do end up talking to her, have a plan for another date. She needs to realize that you are a fun, competant, and interesting person, but that she isn't going to be waited on hand-and-foot.

Take it from,I learned the hard way a few years back. Do nothing the following day,if she wants to talk to you let her call you(keep it short). Just relax and remember that you are the man. If she doesnt call you in a few days call her and see whats up and set up another date(try to stay under 5 minutes). Best of luck!

Edit:"oops, just reread your post. This isn't really what you're asking. In that case I agree with the above posters"

Do what your gut tells you.

For a long time I would never do anything after any date.
And it was OVER-confidence. I knew the date was good, she knew the date was good, so I knew I didn't have to due anything. And sometime it was true. But once or twice I could feel that not contacting the next day really killed the vibe. It lead to insecurity in her (and not in the "I wander if he's into me?" good way.)

It was only after telling my dad that I I never contact a girl after a date that I realized I was wrong. He told me to check the ego and quite being so ****y. And yes, all the males in my dad's family are naturals (even my 78 yo grandpa has more girlfriends than you can imagine)

So now I always send a quick text message. Still no call. I don't say, or even, imply we should go out again. I simply thank them and tell them I had a good time.

Think about it. What harm will it do? If she's into you it will come of as genuine and classy and she will like it. If she's not into you then it won't make her more not into you.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I ALWAYS do this, such a good idea. On the way home from dropping them off, I usually just shoot a text saying stuff like what Teflon said. Girls eat it up and get them thinking more about you and the date. Then you can always follow up with a phone call a few days later or whatever.

Don't worry about this girl so much, I know your new after saying that comment "I don't want to screw anything up"

Your best bet is to go out and sarge a whole lot more, also try to be more specific because I'm assuming there was no sexual tension and you didn't even try to kiss. If you have the time and you've played solid game then there is no problem to trying and get a day(3?)

Good luck

You dont have to take my advice but if i were you and liked this gurl, i would call her the next day that way she knows you are interested. Some gurls wont call just b/c they dont want to look clingy and b/c they want to know if the guy likes them....
I wouldnt stay to long on the phone but i would maybe say something alone these lines.
Hey ______ i just wanted to call and make sure you were ok going through your day without my beatuful face making you smile :)
I dont wanna keep you too long b/c we're both pretty busy but why dont you give me a call when you wanna say hello and ill make my move then and ask you out again, if your lucky ;-)....

i always like to play the ****y card sometimes and not too strong but im sure youve already proven yourself to be a nice guy so again if your feeling froggy then use my **** otherwise goodluck and keep us informed what happens.
peace

You probably should call her the night after you first have sex.

But if you just had friendly date then I wouldn't call her the next day... pace yourself.

thanks guys for all the comments! too late lol my friend dragged her out again to have lunch with us ... and we're talking on msn which is pretty cool

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Keep that to a minumum. Do not reply instanstly, you could come across as you waiting for her every response at your pc. Its like texting,it isnt bad,but there are plenty of better options.
