"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey guys, what would i need to buy for a home gym if i wanna BULK up?

Thanks

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

In my opinion the only equipment you need (aside from a barbell and weights) is a power rack and a nice bench.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

My advice: Don't waste your money man.

I got a "York 4 in 1" home gym machine as well as a bench press, barbells, weights and a punching bag. I vowed to make use of them everyday but once the novelty wore off (couple weeks), they just sat idle and took up space.

Seriously I would take $30 for the homegym machine I paid ~$200 for a couple years back and is still in pristine condition. Sure the bench press I have gets used from time to time, but the only thing I really use consistently is the punching bag because it requires very little prep and I can give it a few jabs any time I'm frusterated or just passing by.

Maybe it's different for you, but for me, once I had the equipment at my whim, ready whenever I wanted to use them, I lost all motivation to train at home. You constantly think "Oh I'll do a few reps after I watch Sportscentre, it's not like they're going anywhere." Ya, like that happens...

A much better use of the money would be to get a pass for a gym close to your place and then draw up a schedule for going 3-4 times a week, and STICK TO IT.

This will:

-spare you some cash
-get yourself into a routine that won't overtrain your muscles
-put you in an environment where you're focused solely on lifting
-stop the guilt you get when you look at dumbbells that haven't been used in weeks
-allow pro's at the gym to give you advice if you're doing something wrong
-save you money that you can spend on supplements
-provide you access to much better quality equipment
-prevent you from doing half assed sets during commercials

Ok, that's enough. Just my 2 cents
