"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Condition: You feel jealousy and resentment towards alpha males.

Seriousness: Jealousy in moderate amounts is a healthy emotion, I think. It tells you what you want, what you should be working for.

Cause: When jealousy goes on for too long it reflects anger that you cannot achieve alpha, sadness that you are not, but most importantly, fear that you will never become like the alpha males you know.

Treatment: You're actually doing quite well. You have a goal, you know you want it badly. I'm about to write a tip about this, but in my experience, the first step to becoming an alpha male is to stop judging them. That might sound bizarre, but think about it. Many AFCs are stuck in AFCness because they judge alpha males. They say "that guy is a jerk to women, that guy is bothering people, etc." They judge that person because their deepest fear is having others judge themselves the same way, that is, they're afraid someone else will accuse the jealous guy of being a jerk to women. Stop judging negatively and you will become.

Good luck,

Izza
